KASERI CHEESE
For the production and process of the Yellow cheese, we provide the automatic equipment for every size of product.

CHEESE VATS
Double О type for production of cheese curd. Designed for filling of cheese milk, adding and mixing of ingredients, coagulation of milk, cutting the coagulum stirring of the curd, heating or cooling the for most type of cheeses. Designed for manual or automatic control of the process and inclusion in clean in place (CIP).


RICOTTA

Dry or Fresh ricotta, a full protein and low fat cheese that support the athletic spirit and elegant silhouette.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Production process of ricotta starts on Conical bottom cheese vats and a draining belt until the delivery on molds for fresh or dry product.

RICOTTA MOLDS

The molds are micro perforated for better drainage.They are making ball shape dry ricotta cheese of about 1kg.

CHEESE PRESS

 A cheese press is used to drain the curd out of whey and form the shape of any hard and semi-hard cheese during the production process by controlled pressure.
The cheese press has individual adjustable pressure pistons for separate pressing of each mold. The operation is easy by choosing program and pressing the start button.

PRESS WAGON
 
The press wagon is based on wheels for easy moving and comes with a whey output.


HALLUMI

Halloumi... it’s grill time!

Preheat your grill, cut the halloumi into thin slices, place the halloumi on the grill, flip each slice and enjoy!


CHEESE PRESS
A cheese press is used to drain the curd out of whey and form the shape the halloumi cheese during the production process by controlled pressure.
CUTTING
Molding is done in large-format molds that require cutting into smaller pieces and preparing them for boiling.
COOKING
Placed on special shelves and with special cranes are deposited in rectangular cooking tanks.
