Η γραμμή περιλαμβάνει αυτόματο γέμισμα γάλακτος στον περιέκτη, τούνελ ψύξης από τους 90°C στους 45°C, σύστημα injection καλλιέργειας, αυτόματη μεταφορά σε θάλαμο επώασης, στην συνέχεια στον θάλαμο ψύξης και έξοδο στην συσκευαστική.

We are delighted to announce that a project of automated agitation system has been completed and installed in Elassona, Greece.

 

The importance of development and the Industry 4.0 had been evolved in our country too.

 

The automated agitation system of the cheese vat is a solution that assures the homogenus agitation on the vat during the coagulation process of the cheese, eliminates the human intervene and as a result of all the above it ensures the yield and the quality of the final product.
