PROCESS DEVELOPMENT FOR DIARY INDUSTRIES

The dairy process development is the start to all the dairy industries,we design, develop and apply to all sections of dairy production.

1. RECEPTION
Everything starts with the milk reception. The handling of milk is the key element in maintaining its quality. On arrival of milk is cooled and stored under refrigeration until the next step to dairy production. Following the collection of the finest quality milk from the milk farmers, we create the best conditions through the first stages of processing towards.
- Stainless steel milk reception / storage tanks
- 3D design of milk reception / storage tanks
- 3D design of valves cluster
                          - Complete solution on reception with Alfa Laval valves and
pumps and Tetra Pak® heat exchanger.
            - Valve cluster with Alfa Laval, Mixproof valves &
Alfa Laval ThinkTop valve sensing and control units.

2. PASTEURIZATION
Pasteurization processed through heat treatment, rejects pathogenic bacteria or it could divert the characteristics of the final products. Due to this process the consumer takes the best and safest product from the shelf every day.
Following all the standards and regulations from the EU but also the FDA on PMO & 3A standards we manufacture a high quality pasteurization unit based on the needs of dairy industry to ensure product safety and process efficiency.
Pasteurization is a process, named after scientist Louis Pasteur, that applies heat to destroy pathogens in foods. For the dairy industry, the term "pasteurization," mean the process of heating every particle of milk, in properly designed and operated equipment. The most common method of pasteurization today is High Temperature Short Time (HTST) pasteurization.
- Milk pasteurizer
- Cream pasteurizer : Heat treatment of cream is necessary to destroy organisms that may be pathogenic or cause spoilage and inactivate enzymes. Cream can be pasteurized by conventional means and the principles of heat treatment of milk can be applied to cream.
- Brine pasteurizer : The brine can be thermally treated to reduce the microbial load. Plate heat exchangers made of titanium exclusively byTetrapak compose the pasteurization system and ensure the quality of the brine.
3. HOMOGENIZATION
Consumers generally find a product with an even texture more appealing. The homogenization process breaks down the fat globules and particles in a food product, making it smoother, or in some cases, more viscous.
- Tetra Pak homogenizer : A new generation of homogenizers that increase cost efficiency and reduce environmental impact, without compromising food safety.
- Tetra Pak homogenizer 250 : The world’s first digital homogenizer.Designed to meet the demands of medium capacity producers of batch and continuous products.
- Tetra Pak homogenizer 500 : The highest capacity food processing homogenizer in the world - with the lowest total cost of ownership.

4. CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATION
Centrifugal separation is used to separate milk into cream and skimmed milk, or to separate particles from juice so it becomes clear, and therefore more appetizing.
- Tetra Pak separator (milk skimming) : Tetra Pak® Separators ensure high capacity and efficient performance in milk skimming. Smooth product treatment results in greater skimming efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
 - Tetra Pak bactofuge unit : Tetra Pak® Bactofuge units are traditionally incorporated in the pre-treatment of cheese milk, where typically butter acid spores (Anaerobic spores) are removed.

5. RE-HEATER

The most necessary equipment for dairy industries.
The reheat is positioned to meet the desired performance and minimize energy costs.

6. HEAT EXCHANGERS

Plate or tubular heat exchangers are used for the heating and cooling of liquid food – a basic processes used in the food industry to make products safe for consumption.
-Tetra Pak plate heat exchanger : Tetra Pak® Plate Heat Exchanger is a range of reliable and energy efficient plate heat exchangers.
- Tetra Pak tubular heat exchanger : The Tetra Pak® Tubular Heat Exchanger is a tubular heat exchanger that has been successfully used by the liquid food industry for more than 15 years.
7. MEMBRANE FILTRATION

Filtration solutions and after-sales service for the food and dairy industries.
- Tetra Pak membrane types : The heart in any membrane filtration process is the membrane itself, and choosing the best membrane for a given process is often a complex task. Membrane type, plant design and processing parameters should be carefully matched to meet the desired performance and cost-efficiency of the overall process.

8. CLEAN IN PLACE (CIP)

CIP systems are cleaning the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels, process equipment, filters and associated fitting without disassembling for hygienic food processing.
