We deliver a specially designed and fully automated process hygiene system for the reception and storage of milk, incorporating a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system, as well as the entire production process.

Η χρήση συστημάτων διεργασίας/process και αυτοματισμού είναι απαραίτητη για την ανταγωνιστικότητα και βιωσιμότητα των γαλακτοβιομηχανιών στον σύγχρονο κόσμο. Παραδίδουμε ένα ειδικά μελετημένο και πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα διεργασιών (process hygiene) για την παραλαβή και αποθήκευση του γάλακτος, με ενσωματωμένο το σύστημα καθαρισμού CIP, καθώς και όλης της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας.
Το σύστημα σχεδιάζεται με αξιοποίηση των κατάλληλων τεχνολογικών συνδυασμών αυτόματων βαλβίδων, αντλιών και βοηθητικών υλικών, που παρέχονται από διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους οίκους, όπως η Tetra Pak και η AlfaLaval. Μέσω της ψηφιοποίησης και του εκτεταμένου αυτοματισμού των λειτουργιών, τόσο του συστήματος όσο και ολόκληρης της γραμμής παραγωγής, η λειτουργία της γαλακτοβιομηχανίας αναβαθμίζεται ριζικά, οδηγώντας σε μια καθαρότερη, αποδοτικότερη και πιο «έξυπνη» παραγωγή.
